The house sleeps 8 in real comfort (10 if you use the sofa bed in the TV room). There is alos a large grass area which is suitable to pitch tents on.

Upstairs there 3 large double bedrooms (1 ensuite),a  bathroom and a separate toilet.

Downstairs there is a tv room, open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting area, further double bedroom and additional toilet. The house was fully renovated recently to a very high standard, including a central heating system which supplies a good powerful supply of hot water. Electrical equipment includes TV (with satelite free view), large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher,microwave, X box, ipod station, bedside clockradios, fans and a portable radio. Selections of X box (not 360) games, DVDs,CDs and novels are available.

There is a good sized garage/table tennis room attached.  There is a walled garden with lockable drive gates and spaceous parking.  

There is  good sized swimming pool (with lockable access). There is also a selection of pool furniture and toys available for guest use.

An excellent seperate  Barbeque area for the balmy summer evenings is placed to catch the evening sun.
